Designer Dave Ruse loves creating things that are both beautiful and usable. Dave shares this passion with his clients by digging in and getting to know them, wherein discovering the real issue that needs to be addressed in order for a project to be successful. Dave is driven by the opportunity to help take a project from initial idea all the way to a live site (and beyond) and then getting to see that project make a real difference for someone.
While originally coming from a traditional print design background, Dave has learned to embrace the web and loves the different challenges and constraints that come with designing for different screens, browsers and platforms.
When not designing, Dave enjoys both playing and watching just about any sport, exploring the DC area and brewing espresso.

Responsive Web Design. Seems like the latest fad in the world of web design, right? While being a relatively new method of building a website, responsive web design gives us a lot of helpful constraints that I think help us produce better sites for the people who are actually using them. With the rapid growth of mobile, I only see RWD becoming a more valuable approach and something we should all be aware of.
