Heading up recruiting at Phase2, Chris Garing has a big impact on the team and is always on the lookout for who will be joining us next. Chris is the driving force behind meeting our clients needs by helping build our highly skilled team of developers, analysts, designers and trainers, who are ready to take on new challenges and push the limits of open source technology with each new project.
Prior to joining Phase2, Chris was the Principal Technical Recruiter at Pragmatics. In her 16 years in the recruiting world, Chris also worked for Arena Technical Resources as the Recruiting Director, as well as a full life cycle recruiter filling IT positions such as Technical Architects, Developers, Security Architects, Technical Writers, Configuration Managers, and Requirements Analysts to name a few.
Chris graduated with a BS in Psychology from Radford University.
