Learning a Client's Business

To help a client, I need to get answers: What do you do? How do you do it? Where does it need improvement?
Andre P. Hood is Executive Vice President of Business Development at Phase2 Technology and has helped guide the evolution of Phase2's client base since inception. His responsibilities include the initial diagnosis of client needs, ongoing management of client engagements and overseeing the implementation of Phase2's cross-industry business solutions.
Prior to co-founding Phase2, Andre served as a strategic analyst and consultant for several IT and financial-focused companies, including Olympus Group, T. Rowe Price and CTG.
Andre received his undergraduate degree in Information Systems Management from UMBC and his master's degree in Business from Bowie State University.
