The Solutions Analyst will translate the client’s business needs into a functional approach, work in lock step with the development team to build the system on budget and on time, and ensure the overall quality of the work through delivery. You will write documentation and test plans, produce wireframes and process flows, train clients, and be responsible for ensuring that the product delivered is the product envisioned. Project Managers will manage schedule, scope, budget, quality, requirements, and rollout activities. This position requires demonstrated, hands-on software development experience. Must have project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Must be organized, motivated, and detail oriented, with a strong background in software engineering concepts and practices. Demonstrated expertise with software development practices and methodologies is required. The Account Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and high quality service for maintenance-mode clients, as well as securing relationships between company and clients through effective communication and execution. The Account Specialist is expected to support multiple clients, each often with multiple systems, at any particular time.

Our web designers are involved in the full life-cycle of the project, which includes initial analysis and requirements gathering through implementation and QA.
Phase2 Technology is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to perform requirements analysis and technical design for web-based systems, including translating client’s business and technical needs to the development team and providing technical expertise for the solution. Candidates must have hands-on development experience and be proficient in process analysis, systems architecture, and technical design. Candidates must understand and be able to dissect complex web-based systems. Candidates must be able to support the implementation team, test solutions, write quality assurance documentation, and support client training, as necessary. Candidates must have at least 7 years of applicable experience. Familiarity with open source and/or content management systems (CMS) is strongly desired.
Phase2 Technology is seeking a site migration intern to help move a group of web sites from one content-management system (CMS) to another CMS. All of work would be conducted through a web browser, and no programming experience is required. This is an entry-level internship.
